My Counselling Practice is drawn from a variety of modalities. I work from an Integrative Approach, to create and deliver a bespoke service to meet your individual needs. Including Person Centred Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP), Solution Focused Therapy and Mindfulness. My Counselling Practice is built on the core concepts of therapy, to establish trust and rapport within the counselling relationship. Helping you to find peace and resolution, whilst equipping you with the tools to establish and maintain balance  in your life.
